Over the past 35 years Efrem has had significant commercial, accounting and taxation experience in many industries, including executive positions as Finance Director and Managing Director of publicly listed companies.

He has held the positions of non-executive Chairman for an IT recruitment business in Australia and Executive Chairman and Executive Vice-President of an international recruitment consultancy firm.

Efrem currently sits on a number of boards as Chairman and on advisory panels to private, public and charitable organizations providing input into strategic, legal, accounting, management, taxation and administrative direction and conduct. In addition he acts as a mentor to a number of highly successful executives and entrepreneurs.

He is also the principal of Goldhammer and Associates, a corporate consultancy practice predominantly involved in management consulting, mergers and acquisitions.
